On Instagram, you have multiple types of media. You can create a table with "Media URL" and "Media product type" to see them all.
The media metrics for impressions, Reach and Engagement are split in 2.
The "Media Impressions", "Media Reach" and "Media Engagement" give your information for all media except carousels.
The "Media Carousel Impressions", "Media Carousel Reach" and "Media Carousel Engagement" give you information for all media type Carousel.
So if your Instagram report is OK except for your media table, you probably just need to use another metric =)
