All the components display errors in my report, what can I do ?

If all the components display errors on your report, this can be due to 2 reasons : 

  • Your access authorization has been revoked and need to be refreshed.
  • Your Google Data Studio data source has been disconnected from the report.


Refresh your authorization : 

  1. Go to https://app.catchr.io/data-connector/sources and click on "Edit" on the row of your default platform.
  2. Click "Refresh my authorization" and follow the instruction from the platform. (You need to have the access on the account you refresh the authorization).
  3. Go to your report and refresh it.


Reconnect your data source on Google Data Studio :

  • Go to your report on the edition mode.
  • Click "Resource" -> "Manage added data sources"
  • Click "Edit" from the default data source.
  • Click « Edit connection" in the top left corner.
  • Check on the dropdown list that your account is still selected. If not, select it.
  • Click "Reconnect" in the top right corner.


After doing this 2 steps, if your report still displays errors, write at johan@catchr.io and I will find a solution.
