You wish to add a new client in order to secure the account with alerts, follow this quick tutorial :
- From the homepage Catchr click on Add a client
- On the drop-down, select your client. If you have a lot of accounts, this can take a few minutes. Only the first 100 accounts show up at first. If your account is not in the list, try to search for it.
- Once selected, click Next →
- If you have any template already created, you can select the one to use on this account.
- Once selected, click Next →
- Check the data and click Save in order to create your client.
When you first add a client, we need to synchronize its data for the first time. This can take a few hours depending on the account.
We do not advise to create alert before the first synchronization is done. The best way to know if your account is synchronized is to check the 4 chart on your client page on Catchr. If there is Impression, Cost, Clicks and Conversions, your account is synchronized.
