How to add your first client with Catchr and create your first alert

This guide walks you through to add your first client on Catchr. Once you've set up your Sources you can start create alerts and secure your clients !


Before you begin

Before creating your first client, be sure to get the access to the platform and the right to link it to Catchr.


Instructions

Add your client

1. Log in or create your account on Catchr.

2. In the top left corner, go to Data Connector.

3. In the left menu, go to Sources, then click Add in the top right corner.

4. Choose your platform and allow the connection on Catchr.

5. Activate the account you need and click Save

6. Click on the Catchr's logo to go back to the home page and click Add a client.

7. All the account you activate are here. Select the one you wish to secure thanks to alerts. Skip second step if you don't have template. And Save at the third Step


Create an alert :

After saving your first client, you land in his dashboard. At first there is no Configurable Checks :


1. Click Create your first in the Configurable Check "Alerts"

2. Click Add in the top right. Select Start from scratch in the pop-up.

3. Your account is preselected. Choose a level. Apply filter if needed by clicking on Add filter (filter cannot be set a the higher level).

4. Choose your Detection Method. Threshold will alert you when you reach a limit. Trends will analyse trends and alert you in case of variation.

5. Configure your triggered condition (if you need a calculated field, like CPC, you can create it with the button Add field above the condition. Click Save.

6. Give a name to your alert in the Input a name for your alert field.

7. Click Save.


Your first alert is now created ! Dependings on his configuration, it will start running within 24 hours.
